It's All Good

I feel like every time I post I say, "It's been such a long time!" Well, here I am again, saying IT'S BEEN SUCH A LONG TIME! Life is great. We are so lucky to be happy, healthy, and employed. Chris is still loving his job at Mental Health. He's working nights and that works great for the kids as they can spend some time with him in the mornings. I am incredibly lucky in this market and this area to have obtained a one year contract as a 3rd grade teacher--and I'm loving it! I have some very tough students, but it feels good to be doing what I always wanted to do. Loudon is working 3 really well--potty training baffles us, but he will get it eventually. Loudon sure is funny, though. Parker is talking up a storm--in fact, he never stops! He loves to pretend talk to Nana/Grandma on the phone. The conversation normally goes like this "Hi, Nana/Grandma. How you? Fine. See you next timey!" And he's obsessed with carrying around his little garbage truck toy.

The summer was fun with our vacation to the coast and a little camping. I had a great time being home with the kids--although I was a lot busier than I expected! So, life is grand. Hope it is great for you!
